Google GDrive becomes Platypus?

Google’s long anticipated suite of online software services for storing user data - the so-called “GDrive” - has apparently been spotted going under the name of “Platypus”.
A download page offering Google’s online service bundle as Platypus was originally found on a HTML index page at Writely - a text publishing service recently bought by Google.
Although now removed, a copy of the page can be found here.
Without official comment it’s difficult to determine how the page relates to Google’s actual GDrive release - but if true, it would show that Google are keen to run the system for Windows, Mac, and Linux users.
At present, Google have released a raft of services, often as a “beta” service - but none of these products have become market leaders in their fields.
Bringing much of Google’s software under a single suite could be a way to help encourage wider use of Google software.
