According to the Central New York Business Journal, the Brannock Devices Company - which makes foot-size measuring devices for show purchases - is suing ABC Industries, Incorporated, because ABC Industries has registered the phrase "Brannock Device" to their trademark list on Google AdWords.
In short, ABC is seen to be claiming the trademark on Brannock, and has filed a suit in Northern District of New York.
