Firstly, there's the short piece here at the Reforming Project Management blog. This has Professor Henry Mintzberg, at McGill University, Montreal, confronting issues of organisation as much as anything else - which has also been covered recently in the articles at Platinax, such as Helping salespeople sell and here: Marketing: disorganised and unfocussed?. The second is Peter Drucker on Leadership in an interview at at Forbes, whom even at the age of 95, can see some clear issues that leadership needs to correctly address in the business and marketing world.
